2009 rogue left turn signal is acting up

Anyone have any info or run into anything similar? 2009 rogue left turn signal is acting up. It is intermittently either working fine, flashing rapidly, not working at all, or flashing fine but radio lights will flash as well. I've changed out the front bulb as well as rear two bulbs hoping it was one of those. Also changed out the battery thinking maybe it was getting weak. None of these things corrected the problem. Trying to find online if there is a relay/flasher somewhere, and getting different answers. Any help would be greatly appreciated
