2009 Pathfinder Bluetooth issues

I have a new 2009 pathfinder with the nav package. The bluetooth was easy to set up and use however the microphone does not seem to be receiving very well. Most everyone cannot hear me when I am driving, which is the point of a hands free, but can hear me clearly when I am standing outside my truck. I would think that the microphone is turned the wrong way because of this type of feedback. I can't get to a dealership for a couple more days but wanted to know if anyone else had this problem or knew how to fix it. Thanks.

the chances of anyone here with a 2009 pathy are slim to none, mostly r50's. so you probably won't get much help
