2009 nissan rogue making a sound when hitting holes or turni

Both front suspension controls were replaced as well as both struts. Some of the noise went away, but now when I turn and hit any little hole or bumpy road I can hear something almost like theres something loose. The mecanic told me in the front there is two bushings that should be holding in the frame everything seems to be in there except plastic bushings. I called the dealer and they told me they dont have bushings on them. Its two in the front low of the car one on each side. Theres about a 7 inch bolt along with a stopper that go with it as well. Anyone else have this?
