the bottom of my bumper on my 2009 nissan maxima is flapping when i drive. i looked and it seems as if it is detached from something but i cant figure out what. am i missing something? any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

my advice: take it to the dealer, its still under warranty

it's not under warranty and I wanna see if it's somethin that can be easily fixed without paying extra money in labor for some guy to fix it

Epoxy / Liquid Nails :), Never will come off, but who ever takes their bumper off unless your gonna put a body kit on? But if you are feeling Billy Mays about it, get some green on white technology hehehehe (Mighty putty) Image. Really just putty it up right by the crease in the wheel base if it is that lose, just make sure it seals with like pressure so its not pushing it out to catch wind and make drag. (Just an educated guess, I am not a professional, and applying any of the stuff mentioned can cause problems possible, not responsible) GL!
