Does anyone know the factory torque spec's for a 2009 Nissan Maxima front control arms? I need the front bolt and rear bolt torque spec's along with the ball joint torque spec's. I understand the car needs to be loaded (on the ground) to torque.

Thanks,

Bazinga

Probably pretty tight. 4th gen control arms are 87 ft pd to 108 ft. pd. Best if car is on ground
but good luck with that. I think the ball joint is really the "traverse link" .

The rubber bushings if equipped self adjust to be neutral if you tighten on the ground, tightening in the air lets them be locked in a twisted state, thus ensuring they do not last as long. I started doing them that way back in the '70s on race cars before the OEMS ever began to do it.
