$250 to replace a 2009 Murano Tail Light!? Help!

Car: I have a Murano 2009 tail light out. It seems the tail light is sealed in the housing assy. Does the housing have to be replaced if the tail light is out?

My brake/tail light is out. It seems the light is sealed in the housing assy. Does the housing assy have to be replaced if the light is out? That would be a $250. light replacement. Any help?
