Hello, New to the forum but I need your help. I just bought a used 2009 Nissan Murano SL and lately when I shut off the engine for a while then turn it back on my radio goes to 107.9 no matter what I was listening to Radio, CD, iPod. It also will reset all my presets on FM2 but not FM1. Also, it changes my audio settings to different levels. Has anyone had this issue? Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this? My radio does not have the Nav. setup.

Additional note: This only seems to happen after I plug my iPhone 4 in and listen to the ipod. After I unplug it it seems to have the trouble I described above.

I'm not sure if this forum is open anymore as no one has replied to my problem. Has anyone heard of this before?

sounds like the battery constant is not working properly. Have you checked all the fuses?

Here is the '09 Murano FSM for the AV system. Hopefully you can find the answer there: http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/murano/2009/AV.pdf

Hey DannyBoy, what was the outcome of this problem. I'm having the same problem with my 2009 Murano as well. Thanks....

Is it a factory radio? If not they didn't get a constant 12 volt . If they did then the ground is no good.

I've been dealing with the same issue with my radio resetting, including the clock, when I turn the car off. I've had the radio replaced 2x now and the issue still continues. Would it have anything to do with a DVD player being plugged in the aux? Thanks for any help you can provide!
