When it first went on I replaced the battery in the key fob. The key light indicator on the dash stays on ALL the time. How do I reset it please?
I have googled and looked through the owners manual and can't find anything Any help in getting the light to go off would be appreciated

I disconnected the battery cables and reinstalled after 10 mins and it cleared.

After installation of remote start on my '14 Rogue I got that light flashing. After disconnecting the battery it went off. Before I traded in my Rogue for Murano I took the remote start off the car and the light was on. Battery trick did not help so I told the dealer this is the way it was working since day one. Dealer said it's nothing major but probably the system doesn't recognize the key anymore (but the car did start and running fine). Just for curiosity is your key light red or green?
