2009 M35x Y exhaust pipe

My local mechanic told me I had a small leak in my Y exhaust pipe on my 2009 M35x.

Can this Y pipe be replaced economically with aftermarket parts? I have almost 200k miles on this car and I'm not looking to hold much longer.

I've also heard that the M35x Y pipe is different than the M35? Is this true?

I believe that is true but yes, you can change that Y-Pipe easily. IIRC, I used a G35x Y-Pipe on my 07 M35x. However, the 08-10 M's were the HR motor (IIRC), not the VQ35DE..so that may not apply.
