2009 M35 pricing

Hi,

I'm trying to buy a 2009 M35 with technology package. The list price is 50K. The dealer is willing to sell it at 39.8K. I don't know if this is a good deal. As new M model is coming in 2011, I think the price should drop more, right? Thanks!

Two months ago we bought an '09 M35x with an MSRP of 52K for 46K. I considered that a good deal and still do.

I'd jump on the deal your dealer has offered, if it isn't a "bait and switch" thing.

Infiniti has $5000 incentive on that car now. That's why I think the price is lower than yours.
