2009 G37XS sedan pricing

Hey guys! I am looking to buy a 2009 G37xS sedan in the next couple days. The dealer offered me $37,302 + Tax tile and plate for a car with:

Premium package, Sport Package, Navigation, Aero Dynamic Package and a Midnight Black Grille.

Is this a good price? or do you guys think I could do better?

Any help would be great!

We just bought a G37X Sedan with only the premium package for 36,000 plus tax. That included a 3,000.00 Vehicle Purchase Program discount from my husband's work. Otherwise it would have been a firm 39,000.00. They make it difficult to haggle sticker prices these days.

according to kbb,

invoice is: $33k

msrp: $36k

what ppl r paying: $35k

premium package, graphite color, black interior, the other usual amenities, what do u guys think of that price?
