2009 G37x Backup Camera Problem

My camera a little under 3 weeks ago started having an issue. The image appears distorted and lots of static. I ran the "self-diagnostic tool" in the hidden menu and all connections are OK supposedly. Any thoughts as to what might be causing this?

Wondering if that's some form of intermittent connection issue. If its on and someone shakes the car can you make it happen?
