I'm trying to figure out why my car Is acting like this. It's won't go passed 2300 RMP's. It doesn't happen all the time it happens randomly it sometimes runs perfect and doesn't bog. There is a video of it happening to my car. It feels like the air flow sensor meter is bad but it's not. At least I don't think so.

Interesting there is no SES. I would consider cleaning both of the MAFs (very lightly and gently) and TB's to see if that clears it up. I would go ahead and see if there are any codes being shown which are not tripping the SES as well. i assume you have reset the ECU?
