Hmm.. We Canadians have had the 09 on the Infiniti Canada site for a few months now. Slight price increase and looks like the packages have been rearranged. I am waiting for 2010 when we hopefully get the EX37!

that's extra odd. i went to the NY auto show yesterday and sat in the EX35 for the first time and loved it! i assumed it was the '09 considering it was at the auto show but when i went to infiniti.com, only the '08 is available for build/finance/etc. didn't even think to ask if it was an '08 or '09...

There is no 2009. Only an upcoming 2010 with a different engine. Like the European '09.

Yep, no 2009 for the US. Just 2010. The dealer may expect the new batch by September or October 2009, and they will term it as "2009.5" or 2010.

No not odd at all. The 2009's come out in September. This is how Infiniti works with the EX's and some of their line. They are smart like this. BTW: the 08 and 09 are just about the same. No real different.
