2009 EX??

Just checked Infiniti website (US Site) again, and still no 09 EX.

Will us be the first/last gen EX owner in US?

When we picked up our car on 12/31 I asked the salesman 2 questions about the 09 model. 1) Any changes expected? Answer was no. 2) When is the 09 supposed to come out? Answer: Around March as the EX was launched later in 08 then other 08 models, which has caused this delay.

If 09 Model comes out on the market it will have,1. Slimmer front seats for more leg room for passengers in the back.2. Tip tronic on the Steering wheel.3. 7-speed automatic transmission.

Never Count on Car Salesman unless he/she is your sibling, they will not tell you or disclose to you since they want to sell a car today, not in March 2009.

I hope if our EX will be the first/last production in US, for us to have better values in Used car market.

I couldn't detect any difference compared to the 2008 model from these pictures with no associated information. However, I noticed that the index listed "2008 INFINITI EX35" and "2009 INFINITI EX", suggesting that the '09 could be making the 3.7 engine a possibility (e.g. as an option).

I guess playing it close to the chest is what car manufacturers do best!
