2009 Cube Charcoal Canister Location?

Good evening;

I have a P0455 code, so likely need to change my EVAP valve on the canister but can NOT find it to save my life. Also, can not find a single video or website explaining its location. Can anyone help me with this?

It's at the very back of the car, behind the gas tank on the lefthand side. You probably can't see it without lifting the vehicle.

Thank you. I'll look again, but I swear I jacked it up and did not see anything. left hand side as in driver's side? I really hope I can find it and replace this valve myself instead of taking it in. It really isn't that hard if I can just find the thing. I really appreciate it!

IIRC it's left of center and directly behind the tank (and yes, left is driver's side), but take a look at this parts diagram, it should help you identify what you're looking for. The piece marked "Sec 223" is the canister and the rest is the plumbing:

PS - Here's Sec 223 for reference, but don't ask me why they lump the canister in with the intake plenum.

I'll have to take a closer look on that side because I took it for granted it wasn't over on that side because the muffler was there. Only video I saw even close was a Versa, which is somewhat similar to the Cube and it was on the right side right next to the rear tire.

Yah, I know for sure the Versas (and Sentras) both have it all the way on the right. It's been awhile since I worked underneath a Cube so forgive me any memory failures, but I seem to recall it being left of center beside and above the muffler.

Indeed it is! I haven't messed with it yet, but even without jacking it up I stuck my head up under the drivers side rear and could put eyes on it. I totally missed it looking from the passenger side even with it jacked up. Was just looking in the wrong place from the wrong perspective. Thank you so much.
