2009 Altima wheels on 2010 Rogue?

Hello,

I would like to take my factory 2010 Rogue alloy rims (17 inch)and use them with dedicated snow tires which I already own...no problemo.

But I would also like to use the factory 2009 Altima alloy(5 spoke 17 inch) rims for my normal all-season tires (225/60R17)...can this be done?

I know I will need new air pressure sensors etc...but will the rims fit and be safe on a Rogue?

I downloaded specs for comparison:

Tires for Nissan Rogue 2010

Diameters: 16.0'' - 17.0''
Width (mm): 215 - 225
Tire aspect ratio (%): 60 - 70
Smallest tire size: 215/70R16 99H
Largest tire size: 225/60R17 98H

Rims for Nissan Rogue 2010

Bolt pattern 5x114.3
Diameter: 16.0'' - 17.0'';
Width (inches): 6.5 - 7;
Offset (mm): 40.

Tires for Nissan Altima 2009

Diameters: 16.0'' - 18.0''
Width (mm): 215 - 235
Tire aspect ratio (%): 45 - 60
Smallest tire size: 215/60R16 94T
Largest tire size: 235/45R18 94V

Rims for Nissan Altima 2009

Bolt pattern 5x114.3
Diameter: 16.0'' - 18.0'';
Width (inches): 7 - 7.5;
Offset (mm): 45.

I have seen other threads in this forum that show the Rogue wheels on the Alitima...I'm just wondering if it would be OK the other way around.
