2009 Altima 2.5 Front Axle Replacement question

As mentioned in my other thread I have changed pretty much everything on the drive line and I still have an issue when above 70km. Therefore I'm gonna try to change the passenger side axle since I believe the axle bearing might be the issue. Now my question is that the factory axle has a retaining bracket halfway on the shaft that my new replacement Cardone doesn't have. Before I attempt to do this I want to make sure if the bracket needs to be removed from the old shaft and installed on the new one. I have looked it up everywhere but haven't found anything regarding this issue. You'd notice on the first two pictures there's a bracket but it doesn't come with the replacement.
