Hello guys!

I need to remove the Evaporator for the 2009 Maxima, but can't find anything in the forums across multiple sites. From what I can find, one must remove the entire dash and take out the whole heater and cooling unit. Is this correct? Does anyone have a write-up or tutorial on it?

Thanks!

Doesn't appear you have to remove the entire dash-i know on the 95 you remove
the guts of the glove box to get to the evaporation

I ended up doing this project and not only the dash, but the bar/frame under the dash must be removed to pull out the entire heater box. This is the worst design ever for an ac system. Now my heater core may be leaking. I think I'm going back to the Infiniti side of Nissan.
