My current windshield is pitted and kinda nasty. What are your opinions on an aftermarket one? They are pretty cheap-inexpensive aftermarket but I'm concerned about quality. Mostly wind noise. I'm sure this has been covered before but it has been a while since I have posted up. :)

Not sure about aftermarket. If it was me, I would get OEM.

My windshield on my 2008 is a mess from the PO. They must of tailgated like a mofo! But I'm going aftermarket. Why do you ask?

From my experience this glass is pretty soft and if you go OEM it was happen all over again. I would look into going aftermarket. Plus, have you priced out an OEM windshield? It's is WAAAAAAAAAAAAY overpriced.

Check yelp or other sites for local glass shops in your area. As long as they use PPG glass, you'll be fine, but it's only as good as the installers. And that includes the dealers.

Good luck.
