Hi everybody. Long time reader, first time poster. I've been thinking about getting an FX35 AWD (with as many options as possible) for a while now. I'm indecisive between the 2008 and 2009 model. I know that there are significant changes between the two year models. Can anybody highlight the major and minor differences between the two? There is a large price increase with the 2009 model year . . . I'm just trying to figure out if it's worth it. Thanks!

Try edmunds.com. You can get specs, tests and comments on both.

First off, welcome to NICOclub! Glad to have you here in the FX Forum! The '08 FX35 is totally awesome, the '09 does have some new features and is an all new look (inside and out). I think the biggest thing with the '09 is the 7-spd transmission, this really helps acceleration. I would drive both, and see what you think, I personally have yet to drive an '09, my wife didn't like the way the FX looked so we ended up with an '09 Murano LE. I love the FX and I did enjoy driving the '08 FX35. Your best deal at this time will probably be on the '08 FX as the '09 is still new.
