I recently Purchased a 08 EX35 With 110k on it and a locked up engine. Upon looking at several used parts websites like car-part.com, Hollander, LKQ, I noticed that they ask if the car was manufactured Thru 03/08 or 04/08 and after. However when I talked to an Infiniti parts department they said that only one long block engine was used from 2007 to 2010 and they do not show any difference between before and after March and April of 2008 . I am just hoping someone might have run into this when shopping for a used engine. There is a much larger selection of engines if they are all the same. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I found an engine with 42K.
