i have a 2006 base 350z and looking to up grade and change its look.. my friend is selling his bbs rims from his sti and the wheels fit fine except for what looks a dowel pin.i think it might be the wheel speed sensor or the tp gage. does any one know what the pin is for and if it can be removed?? all suggestions r welcome thanks....

the little pin thats only on the front rotors? if so yes you can take that off. its not a sensor of anything i have mine off to fit my aftermarket rims.

The offsets are going to be TERRIBLE. Subarus are like +50 or more. Your wheels will look very sunken in the wheel wells. Moreso than stock even. You might run into issues with them having a smaller hub bore as well.

You'd be better off buying a different set of wheels.

You have an '06, your factory wheels (18x8+30, 18x8.5+30) are going to fit better than the STI's wheels. You might save a couple pounds, but the narrower stance is going to hurt performance so you're not really gaining anything.

they'll fit but why'd you want to do that, they arent that aesthetically pleasing and the offsets will suck with you're car. anything above a +35 on a z chassis = epic fail. plus they're skinny...
