Hey guys, my gf has an 08 Sentra and she wants to put HIDs on it. What size headlights do these run. It's a 2.0L with the bluetooth package if that makes any difference. Also is there a certain way to put these in, like under the wheel well or removing the front bumper or hopefully just popping the hood. Thanks

I believe there's two types, some bulbs that you just put in and an actual conversion kit to HID which is relatively more expensive. If you ask me i'd rather put in the actual kit.

Hey you might want to check these out. http://www.vvme.com/

Livinloud98 suggested these at the nissanclub forums. The price is not too bad and you get real HID lights. I might want to add these later this year.

Make sure you test and set the level of the lights after. Nothing annoys me more than people who install HID and blinds everyone on the road.

Oh it would be a hid conversion kit, I know where to get some for $80, I just need to know the headlight size, and the installation for it

It should be the H13-3 but I dunno about the installation. I haven't modded mine yet but according to the website, it's just plug n play so hopefully it's easy. Let us know!

I'm thinking about ordering a kit too. Has anyone tried installing these themselves? Was it easy and truly plug n play? Also, what bulbs do you guys think will look good on a Silver Sentra'07?

I'm debating between 6000K and 8000K. 6000K seems to be brighter but I wonder if the slight tint of blue is at all noticeable.

Instead of doing the whole HID conversion, has anyone tried the Xtreme Vision bulbs? They claim to be 8500K and use the same wattage as the stock, 65/55W so I don't think they will burn out or melt the wires but wanted to confirm with anyone here before making the purchase. Also anyone know if this has the capability for both High & low beams? Thanks. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...54219

i recommend the HID kit, the quality is better and it lasts longer. i put a 8000K (ice blue) on mine, which is excatly like hers, and its excellent.

oh also with the kit you have to take off the front bumper. doesnt take too long though. the blue in 8000K is definitely noticeable
