2008 Sedan HID upgrade questions

I'm considering upgrading my '08 Altima sedan from the stock halogens to DDM Tuning 35 watt Apexcone Raptor V2 5000k HIDs , and I have some questions:

(1) Should I upgrade both low and high beams at the same time? If not why not?

(2) Is the stock wiring sufficient to carry the load, or do I need to upgrade the wiring also. If an upgrade is needed can you point me toward the needed parts?

(3) Any other dos or don'ts that are recommended?
