My wife has been driving her 2008 rogue for three years now, and it has been fantastic. The trouble started when she switched to an iPhone frm an Android. The bluetooth on the Android worked flawlessly, but ever since she switched to the iPhone, her radio often locks up when using Bluetooth. If it doesn't lock up, it doesn't send the phone audio to the stereo, or she has to manually activate Bluetooth on the phone. When the radio locks up, the display says "In Call 00:01" and doesn't count up, she can alter the in-call volume, but can't change inputs, or otherwise interface with the radio until she turns the car off.
Due to a broken Aux jack, we just had the stereo replaced by the dealer with a refurb unit, and the problem still occurs. That seems to point the finger at the iPhone, but as ubiquitous a phone as that is, I can't believe it's still a problem.
