idk if the yoke is bolted to the pinion gear, like in traditional systems- or if our's are press fit via a snap ring (since the shaft isnt supposed to be removed!) kinda like the way subaru cvt joints are.
i would caution you on this, simply due to the many sensors on our car. idk what could trigger something to 'think' its slipping, and end up constantly having an electrical device 'ON', thus burning it out prematurely.
this car isnt a 90's jeep wrangler, or an 80's bronco where the drive-train was 99% solid state. we have clutch packs, sensors, actuators, etc. dont forget, our car is a FWD, and it kicks off power to the rear wheels from the transmission. versus that of early awd vehicles that were rear wheel drive, and kick off power from the transfercase to the front wheels.
