2008 radio display problems

I changed the battery in my 2008 nissan sentra. After changing the battery the car starts and everything works except the radio display. Ex. the lights, the dashboard lights and info on it works. But the radio display that shows the station , the MPG and how many miles left in the tank, etc... doesn't work. Is there something i need to do to maybe reset this screen or something? i did check the fuses and they all seem ok. what next?

forgot to say the radio doesn't come on at all either.

Did you happen to try and jump start the car before you changed the battery?
