2008 Nissan Versa AC Mode switch stuck

I installed a stereo and everything was fine. I opened the dash back up to install a Bluetooth adapter in the back of the stereo. While I had it open i rotated the mode switch. After that it has never been able to go past the floor setting.

I found the MTC.pdf which explained how to adjust the mode switch cable. Now it will only go to Defrost and Floor/Defrost.

Is it possible the vent door is stuck? How do access to fix it?
