2008 Nissan Rogue P00143

Just got a Service Engine Soon warning. According to AutoZone's OBDC reader, its a P00143 which is the heated oxygen sensor 3. Like most of you, I hate dealerships and try to do as much as I can having learned everything on my Rogue from this site. Can you help me.

Where is the heated O2 sensor 3 located and is this a repair that an amateur can complete?
