2008 Nissan Pathfinder on sale...

I have been a lurker on this forum for a couple months now, waiting to make the choice ofa pathfinder or a 4 runner... its gone down to the pathfinder, but now i have a choice between '08 and '07... Ill wait a couple weeks to actually go see one...

Very interesting. I have been looking for a couple of months at several vehicles. I wanted to get something smaller, little better gas milage and had narrowed it down to the PathFinder and my SO wants a Murano. Went back to the dealership for the third time yesterday and (to make a long story short) had a really bad experience . Still like the vehicles, but want to find an ethical car dealership in the Atlanta area. Anybody on this forum have any recommendations?

I may wait now and see what the new Pathfinder looks like and drives like.

A good option is to go through costco or some other company that allows "Fleet" purchasing. Basically its a set price on the vehicles. For example when I was looking at the 4runner they said that the price would be $400 over invoice. (Invoice being what the dealer paid for the car) You can look up the invoice price at edmunds.com. If you match the options you want, match the MSRP with the MSRP on the sticker of the car and you can figure out what the dealer paid.

Its also nice, as soon as you say you are there from costco, they leave you alone and dont push you at all ( dont want to waste resources on such a small profit).

The only down side is that I think its for only what is on the lot.
