2008 Nissan Navigation System vs. 2008 Infinity Nav System

I'm not sure if this is the best place for this question but I think so-

I've been researching the 2008 Armada's vs. the 2008 QX56's... they both have the hard-drive based nav system/radio available but the infiniti lists it as having 3D viewing options and the Aramada does not mention this feature. Does anyone know if it's the same exact system or if the Infiniti one has extra options?

Also anyone have a link to a full review or feature list of either system?
