2008 Nissan Maxima SE blower inop

2008 Maxima blower motor inop. The blower motor will come on when you apply power directly to it. Do not have 12v at the connector. Checked the fuses they are good. Replaced the a.c. amplifier. Still no blower. Anyone have some insight on this.

Apparently unlike a lot of other vehicles if your blower motor resistor fails(called a fan motor amp on Nissans) on these late model Nissans your fan won't work even on the high setting, so don't assume it's some other issue. Replaced the blower motor resistor and now have 12v at the connector but still no fan....until I bumped it with my hand and it started turning but very weak so I replaced it as well and now everything works great!.
