2008 Nissan Altima GTR body kit... PROBLEMS!

I purchased the gtr full body kit for my exact make and model. The body shop said that it doesn't fit correctly. The sides and back look like they fit but were poorly installed. And I went into the shop to see there are 2 supports on the front ground effects that do touch the bottom of the frame of the car. They didn't install the front. Has anyone else had an experience like this? Is it something that can be shaved? Does this body shop possibly just not know what they're doing?!

I would take it to another body shop and see what they think.
