2008 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE Sedan

Hey guys new to the forum, I'm doing some research on a 2008 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE Sedan I'm considering buying. I'm wondering what some good modifications would be to make as I'm pretty new to tuning and modding, and a rough estimate of how many miles I can expect to get out of the engine. I know how to do some stuff on cars and I can follow directions well but I'm not a mech.

Anything you can do to mod an Altima Coupe engine, you should be able to do to an Altima sedan.
