Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

I've been looking for many days now for a Navigation Hack that will allow me to use the Navigation will my car is moving. I think I saw a DIY for this a while back but I can't seem to find it anymore. I've googled it many times now with no luck. I have a 2008 EX35.

I did this on my car a couple months ago. I did a lot of searches on the forum and found some that really helped in the G37 forum and the Armada/QX56 forum.
I was pretty intimidated by it before I started (I added a wireless rear-view camera since mine didn't have one) - but once I finally started, it was relatively simple. I took an iPad out with me to look at the photos. Got the wiring diagram on this forum in the service manuals. It took me a couple hours to do it (the first time), but I ended up grounding the wrong wire.. Once I figured that out, I was able to disassemble and re-assemble the second time in less than 30 minutes.
Super glad I did it.

I don't think there was a hack specifically for Ex. As far as I remember the consensus was to use the g35/g37 hack. Have you checked the "G" forum?
Btw, post here what you find or even better a walkthru of what you do
