2008 Maxima Not starting

Hello, I need help with my 08 Maxima Totally stock, the car decided not not start again it cranks and cranks but not firing up, I noticed that the CEL is not coming on at all at no point, also when I crank it the security light cones on solid

Maybe a weak battery in the key fob. Have you tried another key fob? The steering wheel may also be locked. Try wiggling the wheel left and right.

I tried the key itself and the wheel is not locked

when i get in the car and press the ignition key the key light on the dash comes on green, when I crank it to get all the accessory lights the key light goes red, after it goes out the security light comes on solid and the cooling fan runs, no fuel pump activity at all.

Fully Frustrated, the car still does not start, running out of options, I can disconnect the ECU and there is no change the ECU is not getting power I get no MIL, Security light stays solid after 5 sec and the cooling fan comes on, tried a new ECU, No change, new BCM no change, New NATS no change new battery New IPDM box with components No change I get code U1000 from the BCM no communication at the OBD connector I get 12V on the 2 pins 16 and 8, also 2.2v at pins 14 and 6 for the CAN LOW and CAN High.
WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

redid all the grounds still no ECU power, Checked the IPDM I got power to it, also 12v to the FUSE that controls the ECU relay I checked continuity to the relay from the opposite side of the fuse and it checked ok, then I checked continuity between the relay and the 17 and 18 and it checked ok I should get 12V with the switch on at 17-18 pins got 0 seems that the relay is not energizing tried 3 different relays, are all of the relays on the IPDM the same? other than the 3 for the cooling fans.I am baffled
