2008 M35x Tail Light bulb replacement?

Hi all! I'm a total noob to the Infiniti world. I just got an 08 Infiniti M35x. It had a cracked rear tail light. I replaced it with a used one but most of the LEDs are not working in the used assembly. Is there a way to replace these or is the unit completely sealed? Have to buy a whole new assembly just when the LEDs burn up? I'd greatly appreciate any help. Thanks a ton guys!

There are actual Infiniti dealers who have Ebay stores. Sewell, Sawgrass, and Circle Infiniti among them. They sell OEM parts at a reduced price, ship for free, and it takes generally 3-5 days to receive. I have bought engine air filters, radiator caps, floor mats, and the chrome hood trim piece just to mention a few items.
