2008 m35x newbie with sunroof and right turn squeaks

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a 2008 M35x in 3/08. Since then I have had the car in the dealership on 4 occassions. Each time to repair the sunroof which squeaks (and still does with the sun shade closed) and squeaks/moaning when you make a slow right turn (like down your driveway) or reverse to the right. the noise is only when making right turns.

Dealership could not reproduce the right turn moan but thinks it is the ABS.

they have tried fixing the sunroof 4 times.

Anyone have similar issues and if so, any suggestiions to resolve them?
