2008 LE V8 with 155K miles

I'm in the market for a Pathy and where I live it is next to impossible to find one with the V8. But, I did find one with the a lot of miles at 155,000. It's an LE with every option and the leather has no rips, has the sunroof, etc. Would you for 8000? It looks to be in really good shape overall, but hose miles

I dont know how reliable is the 2008 V8 engine in general, but my 2003 LE that I bought with 270,000 miles just did an almost 600 miles round trip with not even a hiccup. Check what is the blue book value with those miles and check carcomplaints.com to see how good or bad was the 2008 model. Then if it is a good value you can always make a lower offer. The worst thing they can say is no.

Well, the average miles driven per year is around 15,000 miles per year so that mileage isn't that excessive for an almost 10 year old vehicle.

Well, it seems to be cherry. Did a cold start, no lights, no idle issues, 2nd owner (retiree) and the Carfax is clean. He shared the service history and the crank case main seal was replaced by the dealer as well as the front control arms and sway bar bushings and he's got fluids documented since he bought it from the dealer in 2012. He's agreed to allow for a dealership pre-sales inspection (my dime) so that's good news too. We agreed on 7500.00 if it checks out.
