2008 Infiniti g35x muffler and resonator delete

I just bought my first car, and I've been wanting to do some mods to it. I wanna make it louder right now, would a muffler and resonator delete be worth it? Or should I save up the 900 dollars for a real exhaust?

Completely removing the muffler and resonator is illegal in most states (noise ordinance laws). You can almost certainly get away with it for a while (assuming you drive at lower engine speeds by cops), but I'm not going to recommend you do it.

I would suggest saving up for a real cat-back exhaust upgrade.
