I own a 2008 Infniti EX 35 (Middle East package) with Bose sound system, in-dash 6 CD changer, navigation (in the trunk), without SAT or CAT (front and back of the stereo attached as images). A week ago I purchased Nissan GROM iPod Adapter Direct Interface V3 - for stereos without CAT (NIS_CDCI). But after the installation which was quite quick and painless, the car stereo did not recognize the adapter or show the Ipod connected to it. The only thing happening was the Ipod constantly charging, but it did not appear on the stereo system. Could you please tell me whether there was a problem during installation or there might be wrong harness sent to me (harness pics attached), though the harness was connected easily to the corresponding port, as there was only one suitable port for it (see the picture)
