Need some Help
I was working on my backup Camera and my nephew 4 years old jumped on me and I touched the positive wire to the metal on the frame of the radio and blew a fuse I replace the fuse but now Im getting some wired stuff, My digital screen that reads the KM and Trip doesn't work or move while you drive its stuck at 0 and when you open the door on the passengers side the windows goes down which is normal, but when close the door it wont go back up...............can someone please help me

Welcome to NICO!

I would start by examining all of your fuses and relays, including the ones in the engine bay. Ensure all of those are functional with a multimeter and go from there. You likely blew more than just the one fuse.

hopefully the fusing/relay system on the car saved you from any module actually getting damaged.
