2008 G37 XM problems

Just picked 08 G37 last week, XM is acting up. Everytime I start the car it goes to Channel 1 to reload, I go to Channel 0 to see the radio ID and it starts to work again and shows all my presets. It works good until we turn off the the car I had the signal resent. Any other ideas before we take it back to the dealer, I'm thinking maybe the Tuner Box is bad. I will try to make the meeting in Tallahassee on 3/22/08 at Po Boyz.
