Hi all,I'm the Internet manager at Circle Infinti in West Long Branch NJ. We are slated to have a consignment G37 hit the pavement here on August 9th. No details yet on if it'll be a 6MT, Journey or what. Shortly after that we will have it available for test drives, we're trying to have it available the following Monday. Anyone local can E-mail me at [email protected] to schedule an appointment to come in for a test drive.

So we just had our Infiniti Rep in yesterday and He brought with him a 2008 G37. It looks soooooo nice, the sleek body lines, the bulging fenders and the new interior are much more inviting. He told us that there are only 10 test mules registered and running around America, and he had to sign a contract stating that if he goes driving he is required to drive 10 MPH under the posted speed limit. I don't know how you do that here in Jersey, if you do 10 MPH over the speed limit you get run off the road for going too slow! Either way, he wouldn't let s drive it yet, just look and Drool. Style wise it has a much more aggressive look to it. We are still slated to receive our Consignment tester car around the 9th of August. I can't wait until we get our tester!

Further Bulletins as events warrent

Yow. Wish you were closer as I'm trying to determine on a G37 or G35 sport sedan (or AltyCoupe for the wife)...

Can't believe there have been no replies to this thread yet. BTW, Welcome to NICO....

The little square above the Infiniti Logo on the rear pic is the backup camera

Wow hey, welcome to NICO. I wish you were closer.... like as in SoCal. :p I like how the rearview camera is placed like that. Arg... I wonder when my dealership (Riverside Infiniti) will be getting a G37 on their grounds. Thank you for this great information btw.

That is supposed to be the Amethyst Graphite (one of the several new colors).

It looks like it has a tinge of purple to it

Yep. That's the purpose of Amethyst Graphite. Silver with a hint of purple.... hence graphite = silver and amethyst = purple.

In order to see the purple the sun has to hit it perfectly. Other than that one perfect moment, it's just a beautiful deepish Silver color

Yeah I agree with that. It's sort of like how the Blue Slate has so many different personalities. I sometimes see it as a bluish gray, a dark dark silver, a purplish blue, a deep blue, pastel blue, and so forth. Lighting plays a large part.
