2008 G37 Coupe Wiper popping sound

Hi,

I just purchased a 2008 G37s Coupe (18k miles) and noticed the wiper blade making a popping sound. I thought it was coming from the passenger side blade. Anyway, I purchased replacement inserts from the Infiniti dealer and installed them. I didn't hear the popping sound when I tested them immediately after replacing the inserts. Now, I am still hearing it, usually after spraying the windshield and after they have wiped across a couple times, after the windshield is mostly dry, the popping sound returns. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? I'm assuming that it is not normal.

weird...wonder if its the gears grinding?? I'd take it to a dealer...they'll fix it under warranty.
