Need to replace original Potenza's, 245 rear, 225 front. Only have about 12,000 miles on them because I use Blizzak's in the winter. Would like a smoother ride and it looks like the Michelin Pilot Super Sports get good reviews. Any other recommendations?

I have the pilot super sports and they are definitely top notch. Continental DW's are an option, with several other performance summer tires. What are you willing to pay and what will the tires be mainly used for is what you need to ask and answer.

For cheap summer tires I liked the Hankook V12's (until I ate them up due to bad camber). I hated the Hankook S4's. ContiExtreme DWS do a good job and I have them on both cars right now.

Thanks. Good advice on cost and use. As my name suggests I became a grandma about a year after I bought the car. Not doing a lot of extreme driving with a car seat in the back. Smoother ride is now more important. Will look into Hankooks and Continentals but Michelins seem to get consistently good reviews.

Michelin PSS's are your best choice.

Thanks everyone. Went with the Michelin Pilot SS. Love them! The ride is so much more quiet and smooth. Very happy.
