Hi folks. I got the Nav and Premium pacakge in my 08. I am going to toss a 10 in JL sub with a Alpine 250 true watt amp in trunk. Any advise on other options to do? The premium Bose sounds real real nice and clear however I need that added boom.

Thanks!

You can use a sub amp that uses line-level inputs and then utilize a speaker to "tap into". Alternatively you can look for a PAC AOEM-NIS2 which will give you a 2 pair of RCA outputs or possibly the JL Audio CleanSweep which will do similar while also removing the equalization that is used by the Bose system.

For my subs, I used the high-level output from my rear seat, side mid speakers. I have it connected to an MTX amp that accepts high-level inputs. You really don't need the cleansweep or audio control's unit to add a sub.
