Welcome to NICOjasonmolinari wrote:Hey everybody, I've had my 08 G35 for a week now. Filled it up twice. Once no problem, the other only filled to 3/4 tank before the gas pump shut off. Drove it 1 mile to another station, and it filled up all the way no problem.
I'm concerned that the 08 still haven't had the fuel shutter valve problem fixed that was a TSB for 03-06 cars.
Anyone else in an 08 have this problem? Or did i just happen to go to a gas station that caused the problem?
thanksjason

Take it right back to the dealer to report the problem! Let them fill your tank while you watch

How would I go about finding this fuel level sensor? My car is out of warrantyav8or wrote:that problem came up on my 2004... all i did was clean the fuel level sensor unit with a q-tip (there is an access point on your rear seat )... took me 20 mins... everything is fine now... but since your car is fairly new, just take it to the dealer... this info is for those who are interested in making the repair themselves...
