2008 G35 headlight crack

Hi folks,

I've got cracks on both headlight covers at the same point. It's around day light lamp. Have you guys had the same problem before?I don't see any damage from outside. There is no stone chips around cracks and no starting point. The shape of cracks are random. As you know, if it was started by external impacts like stone chips, there should be the starting point and the chip mark no the surface.I need your help!

I see your are in Ottawa. Did you go from warm (maybe heated garrage) to a really extremly cold(not sure with Canada some provinces have sunny day other have record braking cold and the week later it changes see Alberta last week). I can see maybe that could put stress on the headlight. Other than that no clue. I would take it in and ask the dealer see what they say.
